Oversized

This grey sweater is beyond comfortable and soft. Zara is really making some great oversized pieces this year. I am thankful that oversized is in again for this season as it fits my aesthetic a bit better. I've always preferred wearing sweaters slightly oversized for a comfortable, more lived in look. I'm still on the hunt for my ideal winter sweater. I gravitate towards wool since I am always cold and Minnesota does not impress when it comes to our winter climate. I am pining for either of these (turtleneck/asymmetrical) Acne sweaters right now. The turtle neck would look great tucked into the front of tailored skinny jeans and the asymmetrical would pair well with leather leggings and printed loafers.

I finally purchased these boyfriend jeans this summer. I had been on the hunt for awhile and I have to tell you, try on as many pairs as you can, in various sizes, and don't purchase a pair unless you love the way you look in them. Boyfriend jeans can be tricky in terms of fit. You want slouch in certain places but fitted in others. I love the way these jeans are more tapered at the ankles so that when I roll them, they hug my calves a bit. They are slightly looser on the hips so I was able to size down and still get that perfect fitted slouch.
