To get into the fall and Halloween spirit, we decided to visit a pumpkin patch a few weekends ago. Unfortunately, we were a bit late to the show and the only pumpkins left were getting a bit squishy, so we utilized the field for a photoshoot. They had a cute mini corn maze that we ran through and some non-squishy pumpkins pre picked and lined up in the front lot. We ended up picking some fresh pumpkins at a local farmer's market stand, as I was specifically looking for a white pumpkin, and carved those for Halloween.
I decided to layer some sweaters for a cozy fall look. A coat felt too heavy since we are enjoying a mild fall here in Minnesota but a sweater coat with cropped sleeves was just perfect. I've had these jeans for awhile but wear them sparingly to preserve their color. Since I found that dark and colored jeans tend to fade quickly I often invest in two pairs so that I can rotate them without wearing them in. I rarely wash them and if I do it is in cool water and line dried. I do my best to take good care of my clothes so that they stay in their best condition season after season of wear.
